Sugar Snap Peas And Salami Stir Fry

Ingredients:

  • 21/2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 bunches scallion,cut in 1 pieces
  • 1/4cup finely chooped fresh ginger(about 1 oz.)
  • 6 oz. salami,cut in strips

Directions:

  1. In med. bowl,whisk together soy sauce,oyster sauce,cornstarch and honey;whisk in 1 cup water.
  2. In large skillet,cook salami over med. heat till crisp,about 4 mins. Stir in scallions,ginger and garlic and cook 1 min more
  3. Whisk liquid ingredients again,add to skillet along with sugar snap peas. Increase heat to high and cook,stirring,till sauce thickens,2 to 3 mins.
