Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups quick cooking rice
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Boil soup and water; add butter and boil; then pour in rice.
  2. Cook 5 min.
  3. Serves 8.
  4. SERVE IMMEDIATELY.
