Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. 1. Heat oil in large wok or saute pan
  2. 2. Add garlic & saute until lightly golden
  3. 3. Add raisins & saute for 1 minute
  4. 4. Add spinach & Red pepper slivers
  5. 5. Sprinkle w/ salt & pepper
  6. 6. Toss until spinach is wilted
  7. 7. Stir in rice & feta until all ingredients are heated
  8. 8. Plate & serve
