Ingredients:

  • 2 cups corn
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tsp splenda
  • 3 tbsp fresh thyme
  • 3 tbsp fresh basil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Grill steak, and slice thinly
  2. Dice onion, cube tomatoes, cook corn, slice pepper
  3. Mix all dressing ingredients and pour over veggies and meat - toss and refrigerate serve cold
