Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice onion into short strips.
  2. Saute onion in 1 stick of butter in medium saucepan.
  3. Add 3 zuccini squash and 3 yellow squash (cut in small chunks).
  4. Add 2 cans of diced tomatoes with basil and oregano.
  5. Add 1/2 cup water.
  6. Cook over medium heat until tender. 20-30 minutes.
