Spicy Tomato Pork Chops

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large skillet, brown pork chops in oil. Remove and keep warm. In the same skillet, saute onion until tender. Stir in the tomato sauce, water, chili powder, oregano, Worcestershire sauce, sugar and pepper flakes.
  2. Return chops to the skillet. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until pork chops are tender. Yield: 4 servings.
