Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp curry
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • water , added to sauce to equal 2 cups

Directions:

  1. Prepare mix .
  2. Coat chicken and brown and place in baking dish.
  3. Prepare sauce and pour over chicken. Baste and bake at 325F about 2 hours or until chicken is cooked.
  4. Servings is approximate.
