Southern Style Cream Peas

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp margarine
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 tbsp honey

Directions:

  1. Melt margarine over low heat then slowly add flour and salt then mix well.
  2. Very slowly add milk while stirring constantly then mix thoroughly then add honey.
  3. Mix gently with peas just before serving.
