Smoked Herring Potato Salad

Ingredients:

  • 6 large potatoes
  • 1 large smoked herring boned and skinned
  • 1 large onion cut into thin slices
  • 1 cup olives
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • salt and pepper ( i use extra pepper
  • 1 spoon diced dill

Directions:

  1. Cut potatoes in cubes and boil them. Let them cool.
  2. Mix the mustard, the mayo and the salt and pepper.
  3. In a large bowl add all the ingredients and mix with the mayo.
  4. Enjoy.
