Ingredients:

  • 4 -5 lbs pork roast ( shoulder)
  • 2 cups apple cider
  • 2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker & cook on low/medium until meat falls apart (approximately 6-8 hours). Ready to serve*.
  2. *I refrigerate the pork to skim the fat before re-heating & serving.
