Directions:

  1. Combine pancake mix that requires water to reconstituted substitute water ingredient with beer.
  2. Add spices as desired.
  3. Pour 1/2 cup dry mix in a shall bowl.
  4. Deep fry whatever by placing food in dry mix and then into wet batter.
  5. Drop in hot oil.
