Sesame Tuna and Rice

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat 3 tablespoons oil in large skillet or Wok.
  2. Add sesame seeds, green onions and rice.
  3. Saute until sesame seeds are lightly toasted, stirring frequently.
  4. Add tuna and continue cooking until tuna is heated through.
  5. Meanwhile, mix together the soy sauce, fish sauce and sesame oil.
  6. Drizzle over rice mixture in skillet and cover.
  7. Steam for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring once or twice to keep bottom from burning.
