Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Break 1 head of cauliflower into small florets, put in microwave pan with
  2. Little water in bottom and microwave on high, covered for 10 min.
  3. Cook 1 lb of sausage
  4. Add sage, pepper, light sprinkle of cinnamon and sprinkle of dried onion
  5. Flakes (tsp)
  6. Drain if too much grease but leave a little. Add sour cream (8T) and heat
  7. Through. This makes the gravy. Serve over steamed cauliflower.
