Very good sounding gravy! Ingredients:
1 head of cauliflower |
1 lb cooked sauage |
sage |
light sprinkle of cinnamon |
1 tsp dried onion flakes |
8t daisey sour cream |
Directions:
1. Break 1 head of cauliflower into small florets, put in microwave pan with 2. little water in bottom and microwave on high, covered for 10 min. 3. Cook 1 lb of sausage 4. Add sage, pepper, light sprinkle of cinnamon and sprinkle of dried onion 5. flakes (tsp) 6. Drain if too much grease but leave a little. Add sour cream (8T) and heat 7. through. This makes the gravy. Serve over steamed cauliflower. |
