Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix sirloin, bread crumbs, eggs, seasoning and chilies really well in a large bowl.
  3. Shape into a loaf and place on greased baking sheet and bake about 45 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile combine glaze ingredients in a small bowl.
  5. Remove meatloaf from oven and allow to cool briefly.
  6. Heat grill to medium.
  7. Cut meatloaf into thick slices.
  8. Grill slices, using glaze until fully cooked and glistening.
