Salmon With Parmesan

Ingredients:

  • 4 -6 oz salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • spices (i like a little garlic or maybe italian seasoning, or whatever i have on hand)

Directions:

  1. Mix mayo and freshly grated parmesan cheese together.
  2. Add whatever spices you like.
  3. Place salmon in an oven safe dish.
  4. Spread cheese mixture over salmon.
  5. Bake at 350 for 8-10 min, depending on thickness. Be sure to not overcook.
