Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook the potatoes and cool.Cut into large chunks.
  2. Cube the ham. You can use slices and cut in strips.
  3. Mix together and add the pickles, capers, onions.
  4. Mix together the oil and vinegar. Add the salt and pepper.
  5. Gently stir into the salad.
  6. Add can of bouillon a little at a time. How much you add will depend on how dry your potatoes are and how creamy you like the salad.
  7. Refrigerate at least 2 hours so the flavours can blend.
