Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook potatoes in boiling, salted water until tender.
  2. Peel and cube potatoes.
  3. Toss in large bowl with celery, onion, and bacon bits.
  4. In a small bowl, blend mayo, relish, celery seed, vinegar, mustard, and spices.
  5. Fold dressing in to potatoes.
  6. Cover and chill thoroughly.
