Roasted Garlic Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 3 lb small red potatoes
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Quarter potatoes
  2. Mince garlic
  3. Mix above with olive oil, salt and pepper
  4. Roast at 450 degrees for 50 minutes, stirring occasionally
  5. Remove when browned and tender
