Simple side dish from Ina Garten (The barefoot Contessa) My husband isn't a potato guy, but he loves these. His family was in town and they were a hit. No one could believe how easy they were. Ingredients:
3 pounds small red potatoes |
6 cloves garlic minced |
1/4 cup olive oil |
1 teaspoon sea salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Quarter potatoes 2. Mince garlic 3. Mix above with olive oil, salt and pepper 4. Roast at 450 degrees for 50 minutes, stirring occasionally 5. Remove when browned and tender |
