Roasted Cauliflower With Brown Butter

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp butter

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Arrange cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
  3. Coat cauliflower with cooking spray; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake at 400 for 25 minutes, turning cauliflower twice.
  5. Melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat; cook 3 minutes or until lightly browned.
  6. Combine cauliflower and browned butter in a bowl and toss gently to coat.
