This simple recipe is big on flavor. From Cooking Light Magazine. Ingredients:
6 cups cauliflower florets |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
2 teaspoons butter |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400. 2. Arrange cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. 3. Coat cauliflower with cooking spray; sprinkle with salt and pepper. 4. Bake at 400 for 25 minutes, turning cauliflower twice. 5. Melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat; cook 3 minutes or until lightly browned. 6. Combine cauliflower and browned butter in a bowl and toss gently to coat. |
