Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat nonstick skillet.
  2. Combine rice flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, sugar and salt.
  3. Stir in the rice & toss to coat.
  4. Separately, combine milk or water & oil.
  5. Pour into the flour mixture and mix just until combined.
  6. Do not beat or overmix.
  7. Spoon onto skillet.
  8. Cook until tops are bubbly and edges are brown.
