Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Quarter onion and put in small baking dish
  3. Drizzle with olive oil
  4. Salt and pepper to taste
  5. Bake until soft, about 30 minutes
  6. Let cool
  7. In food processor, add onion, pepper, and basil leaves and puree
  8. Add cream cheese and blend until combined
  9. Put in bowl and chill a couple hours
