Raspberry Crisp Low Calorie

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups raspberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Place fruit in the bottom of a 9-inch square baking pan and sprinkle sugar over fruit.
  3. In a medium bowl blend together the margarine, flour, brown sugar and oats, until it resembles a coarse meal.
  4. Sprinkle over the fruit. Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
  5. Serve hot.
  6. VARIATION: May use other berries or fruit of your choice.
