Low calorie dessert, serve with low calorie vanilla ice cream or fat free whipped topping. Ingredients:
4 cups raspberries |
1/2 c sugar |
1/4 c margarine, softened |
1/3 c all-purpose flour |
1/3 c brown sugar |
3/4 c rolled oats |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Place fruit in the bottom of a 9-inch square baking pan and sprinkle sugar over fruit. 3. In a medium bowl blend together the margarine, flour, brown sugar and oats, until it resembles a coarse meal. 4. Sprinkle over the fruit. Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned. 5. Serve hot. 6. VARIATION: May use other berries or fruit of your choice. |
