Ingredients:

  • 2 unbeaten eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Break eggs into a bowl.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well with a spoon, ignoring the lumps.
  3. Fill cold, greased muffin pans 3/4 full.
  4. Put in a cold oven.
  5. Turn oven to 450 degrees and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. DON'T PEEK!!!!!!
