Directions:

  1. Tear procuitto strips to fit around chicken. Lay proscuitto, 1 basil leaf then chicken, roll up. Skewer or place seam side down on a baking sheet. Grill or bake in oven
  2. At 375 for 30 min . Serve w/ dip
  3. Mash avacados add the next 7 ingredients, serve with chicken roll ups.
