These tangy, basil infused little delights will delight all who try! Everyone will think you spent hours in the kitchen preparing them. Servedwith guacamoule is the perfect accompiament Ingredients:
1 bottle zesty italian dessing |
2 tablespoons white wine worcestire sauce |
juice of 1 lime |
2 teaspoons garlic, minced |
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, washed and sliced into 1/2 inch strips |
1/4 pound proscuitto |
fresh basil leaves, enough for 1 leaf per piece of chicken |

2 medium avacados, peeled |
1/8 cup minced cilantro |
2 green onions , chopped |
2 t lime juice |
2 t mayonaise |
1 1/2 teaspoons horseradish |
1 clove garlic, minced |
1/4 t salt |
Directions:
1. Tear procuitto strips to fit around chicken. Lay proscuitto, 1 basil leaf then chicken, roll up. Skewer or place seam side down on a baking sheet. Grill or bake in oven 2. at 375 for 30 min . Serve w/ dip 3. Mash avacados add the next 7 ingredients, serve with chicken roll ups. |
