Directions:

  1. Place all the ingredients for the dressing in a bowl and mix well
  2. Place the drained noodles into a large clean bowl and add the dressing, toss to coat.
  3. Add the prawns, the cucumber and the radishes and toss again
  4. Sprinkle the cahsew nuts and corriander over the top and serve.
  5. Can be kept cooled but leaved the cashews and corriander off the top until serving.
