Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put the potatoes in a mixing bowl
  2. Add shredded cheese salt and pepper and mix with well (I use my hands it work best for me you may use a spoon)
  3. Form a ball in your hand and flatten the middle (cup your hand flatten to make a well)
  4. Add some of the cube cheese in center and cover the cheese so it’s not visible with the mash potatoes
  5. Heat a frying pan add PAM or any cooking spray so they don’t stick
  6. And cook until golden at the bottom then turn to cook the other side
  7. Serve them hot
