Have you ever had leftover mash potatoes and didn’t know what to do with them and so you just simply tossed them out!!! Well not anymore after you try these potato pancakes you will make extra on purpose so you can have these for breakfast the next day. Read more . My girls and I love these potato pancakes in the morning because they are cheesy and filling too!! Do you like the picture? My daughter now takes the pictures. She makes my food look great!! Enjoy… Ingredients:
left over mashed potatoes (or make fresh) |
grated cheddar cheese and some cut up in small cubes |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Put the potatoes in a mixing bowl 2. Add shredded cheese salt and pepper and mix with well (I use my hands it work best for me you may use a spoon) 3. Form a ball in your hand and flatten the middle (cup your hand flatten to make a well) 4. Add some of the cube cheese in center and cover the cheese so it’s not visible with the mash potatoes 5. Heat a frying pan add PAM or any cooking spray so they don’t stick 6. And cook until golden at the bottom then turn to cook the other side 7. Serve them hot |
