Pork Chops in Soy Sauce

Ingredients:

  • salt , to taste
  • pepper , to taste
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 small onion
  • 4 cups cooked rice

Directions:

  1. Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder and brown, drain pot.
  2. Simmer pork chops, soy sauce, and water, with lemon juice and onion till tender.
  3. Serve over rice.
