Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Coat chicken with mixture of flour, salt and pepper.
  2. Melt butter in skillet.
  3. Add chicken and cook over medium high heat until browned on both sides.
  4. Cook to desired doneness.
  5. Remove to warm plate.
  6. Deglaze pan with juice and broth loosening browned bits.
  7. Stir in tarragon and half and half then cook just until slightly thickened.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Add lemon juice then spoon sauce over chicken.
