Ingredients:

  • 1 kg (2.2 lb) potatoes
  • 300 g of ground beef
  • 6 cloves of red onion or 1 large onion.
  • 4 cloves of sgarlic
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp of nutmeg
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Slice potatoes
  2. Fry potatoes cooked only halfway
  3. Slice celery
  4. Mashed the fried potatoes
  5. Grind red onion, garlic, salt, pepper and nutmeg smoothly
  6. Mix it with the potatoes smoother
  7. Add the eggs, celery and ground beef
  8. Mix until it is even
  9. Create the mixture into small balls. (Similar to meatballs, but flatter.
  10. Fry it until it turns yellowish/brown
