Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large skillet, cook beef, onion, green pepepr, and garlic until meat is no longer pink; drain.
  2. Add spaghetti sauce, mushrooms,pepperoni, salt and pepper.
  3. In a greased 13x9 inch casserole, layer half of the rotini and beef mixture.
  4. Sprinkle with 1/2 c.
  5. Each of mozzarella and provolone cheese.
  6. Repeat layers.
  7. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until heated through.
  9. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
