Pat's Scalloped Potatoes Supreme

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup onion, sliced thin
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 1/2 cups milk

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Combine flour, salt and pepper in small bowl and set aside.
  3. Pare and slice potatoes and onions.
  4. Grease shallow casserole dish.
  5. Place 1/2 of potatoes in dish.
  6. Sprinkle half flour mixture over potatoes and then add 1/2 onions, half butter, half cheese.
  7. Repeat using rest.
  8. Pour milk over all.
  9. Cover and bake for 30 minute.
  10. Remove cover and bake for 45 min-1 hours.
  11. Until potatoes are tender and lightly browned.
