Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown beef, remove from heat as soon as it's no longer pink outside.
  2. Drain the beef.
  3. Heat curry paste and add ginger, chili, garlic.
  4. Add 2/3 coconut milk and stir.
  5. Add all remaining spices and mix in the rest of the coconut milk.
  6. Add suger and stir well.
  7. Add beef and simmer for 2 minutes.
  8. Use the remaining coconut milk in the can to cook with rice or make dessert.
