Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash and thickly dice all potatoes.
  2. Put in a deep baking dish.
  3. Mix in half a cup of e.v.o.o and one packet of lipton onion soup mix.
  4. Bake on 400 degrees for 30-40 min (occasionaly check and stir).
  5. Take out and lightly salt.
  6. Serve with any dip or dressing you like.
