Onion Bacon Cheese Stuffed Baked Potatoes

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bake potatoes at 350 degrees for one hour or until done.
  2. Scoop out potato.
  3. Put potato in large bowl and mash.
  4. Fry chopped bacon until crisp.
  5. Remove from pan.
  6. Fry onions in bacon grease.
  7. Drain grease.
  8. Add bacon, onion, and cubed cheddar cheese to the potatoes.
  9. Add sour cream and milk.
  10. Mash and mix until smooth.
  11. Pile into baked potato skins.
  12. Bake in 350 degree oven for 10-15 minutes.
  13. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and put back in oven until cheese is melted.
  14. These can be frozen when put potato mixture into baked potato skins.
