Directions:

  1. Mix cream cheese and picante sauce together and spread on bottom of 9x13 pan.
  2. Place lettuce, green peppers, tomatoes and onions on top in layers.
  3. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  4. Serve with tortilla chips.
