  1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat. Add garlic; sauté 1 minute. Add spinach, and cook 3 to 4 minutes or just until spinach wilts. Sprinkle spinach mixture with salt and remaining ingredients, and serve immediately.
