Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 dash thyme
  • 1 dash oregano
  • 2 cups lettuce
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 small cucumber

Directions:

  1. Mix up all the dressing ingredients with a whisk.
  2. Toss together the salad and mix in the dressing.
