Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup 2% milk
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup dried onions
  • 1 salt
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 1/2 cup ketchup

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingridents in a bowl and bake at 375 for 1 hr.
