Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute onion in oil.
  2. Add the tomatoes, seasoning mix, and green chilies.
  3. Simmer, uncovered for ten minutes, stirring frequently.
  4. In a greased 2-quart casserole, layer ingredients as follows: sauce, chips, cheese, sauce, cheese, and top with sour cream.
  5. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bake 10 minutes longer.
