Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup coconut
  • 2 large eggs

Directions:

  1. Mix together the first part.
  2. Puree to dust or small chunks the second part.
  3. Whisk together the third part.
  4. Put each in a separate bowl.
  5. Dip the fish in Flour, egg and nuts and fry.
