I like this and I hate fish. Ingredients:
1/4 cup flour |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
1 teaspoon white sugar |
2 cups whole macadamia nuts or 2 cups whole cashews or 2 cups whole pistachios |
1/4 cup coconut |
2 large eggs |
milk (a splash) |
Directions:
1. Mix together the first part. 2. Puree to dust or small chunks the second part. 3. whisk together the third part. 4. Put each in a separate bowl. 5. Dip the fish in Flour, egg and nuts and fry. |
