Ingredients:

  • 2 (1lb.) cans lima beans
  • 1 (8oz.) container pimento cheese
  • 1 (8oz.) package fully cooked sausage links
  • 1 (2oz.) jar sliced pimentos
  • pinch of salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Mix drained lima beans with the pimento cheese.
  2. Place in casserole dish.
  3. Cut sausage links into 1/4 thick slices.
  4. Stir links in with pimento slices.
  5. Spoon over lima cheese mixture.
  6. Bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes
