Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute onions, celery and carrots in the olive oil using a skillet. Once tender/crisp add mushrooms saute for about 10 more minutes, add flour and cook for 2 minutes before adding chicken broth.
  2. Once mixture comes to a boil after adding chicken broth, and starts to thicken add Turkey and cook for about 5 minutes on stove top.
  3. Spray casserole dish with non-stick spray. Pour the Turkey/veggie mixture into the casserole dish. Top with lowfat bisquik biscuits.
  4. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes until filling is bubbling and the biscuit is cooked through.
