Low Fat Blueberry Cobbler

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2/3 cup skim milk

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, mix together dry ingredients.
  2. Add milk and whisk until smooth.
  3. Pour batter into lightly greased 8x8 inch pan.
  4. Sprinkle blueberries on top.
  5. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 40 minutes or until lightly browned.
  6. Serve and eat.
